It was an interview about past experiences and hypothetical situations. There were some questions, and at the end, I was given an overview of the next steps in the application. The interview was conducted over the phone and lasted about 30 minutes. I was told that they would be in touch in 3-4 weeks to confirm if there was any space available at the hospitals I applied to.

My first year was EXCELLENT. This yr has been lacking. I didn't hear anything back after the April deadline as to say whether I was accepted, wait listed, rejected...I sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls to management. Never returned. Also, the interviewer seemed annoyed by my answers, which were long but thorough. A limit should be specified if it exists.
- Can you share an instance where someone, other than your employer, offered you helpful advice?
