It was a really weird interview process. I had several interviews with different people, and it seemed like they weren't sharing information about me internally. It felt like I was repeating myself a lot. They told me I would get a job offer in the final interview. But then, three months later, I got a generic rejection email. They ignored my attempts to follow up between the final interview and that email. The whole experience felt very disorganized in how they handled it.

My interview experience with Bandwidth was great. They asked questions that felt intentional and on point. I was happy to learn the position went to a friend, but I would have liked to have gotten an offer.

It was a quick and easy interview process. The interviewers didn't seem too interested and asked some strange questions. Overall, it was a fine experience and I gained some interview practice. I had a panel interview with 3 employees, and we moved between different calls.
