It was pretty straightforward. First, I had a basic phone screening, and then an in person meeting with the Program Manager and Shift Supervisor. The phone screening was about 15-20 minutes, and the in person meeting lasted about an hour.

The interview process wasn't too tough, but how you answer the manager's questions really matters for getting a spot in a specific house. Most questions focus on what makes a good candidate for working with and advocating for the developmentally disabled population. Make sure to highlight any care-taking or healthcare experience you have. Knowing some psychology would also be helpful during the interview.
