The process was managed by Matchbox, it took a while but it was effective. It included resume review, a recorded video, a group activity, a final interview with the manager, and the outcome. It was pretty straightforward. I think the main parts were the group activity and the interview with the manager.

Behavioral

the recruitment process run by Eureca was super disorganized, with dates changing all the time and no clear communication. Lots of people said they never heard back, which was frustrating and made it feel like they didn't care. Not being transparent and respectful makes the selection look bad and discourages candidates who spend time and effort waiting for a fair and well-organized chance. It's important for selection processes to be serious, organized, and considerate of everyone involved.

The whole process took a while. First there was a cultural fit phase, then I had to do a challenge, which I passed. The problem was with the next stage, which involved group panels to be solved. The issue was that communication wasn't great because, as they say, there's always someone who wants to talk more and stand out. They also give negative feedback to those who don't pass, but that feedback never arrives. I was extremely disappointed because I had high hopes that this would be the first company I interviewed with that would provide feedback.
