They asked me about the different technologies I know and have worked with. The talk focused on my skill and background with relational database management systems (RDBMS), like SQL, Sybase, and Oracle. Also, my experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing Stored Procedures was a key point, showing I can build solid business logic at the database level.

The whole process took a while. First there was a cultural fit phase, then I had to do a challenge, which I passed. The problem was with the next stage, which involved group panels to be solved. The issue was that communication wasn't great because, as they say, there's always someone who wants to talk more and stand out. They also give negative feedback to those who don't pass, but that feedback never arrives. I was extremely disappointed because I had high hopes that this would be the first company I interviewed with that would provide feedback.

I was interviewed in 2021 for the Mid-Level Information Security Analyst position and want to share my super positive interview experience. First, I had an HR interview to discuss my background and what I'm looking for. Then, I did a technical interview with the Coordinator, where we went over lots of real-world security scenarios. This part was key to see my skills and knowledge. The speed and efficiency were impressive. Right after the tech interview, I got an offer from HR, and then the formal offer letter. The company was fast and clear throughout, making me sure it's the right place for my career.

Behavioral Presentation

The initial contact was very quick, and I was invited to an interview with HR and the team specialist. It was a calm and well-managed conversation, and they said they'd give me a response within two weeks. I then received an invitation for an interview with management. On the day and time, while waiting to start, the recruiter asked to reschedule, which is fine as unforeseen things happen. The interview was rescheduled for the next week. On the day of the rescheduling, the recruiter asked to reschedule again, which I found strange, but okay. Now, over a month later, I haven't received any feedback. The job was reopened on LinkedIn, but I haven't received any information about the process. I was very disappointed because, from the start, BV claims to be a company committed to transparency and feedback for its candidates.
