Cashier
It was formal, and you need to understand the role and why you want to join the institution. It took about a month, but it was worth it. The recruiter was good.
- What motivates your interest in the cashier position?
Cashier
The interview was good with several managers and directors. They ask you several personal and conflict resolution questions. You might feel nervous but I recommend checking your microphone before starting if the interview is online.
- What would you do if a customer is upset?
Cashier
There are several filters to get the job. First, they have a video call with all applicants, explain the process, and ask about your residence, education, experience, etc. Then, you receive an Excel file via email with branches in different sectors. You need to fill in the commute time from your home to the branch of interest and send it with your CV. If you pass this, they will conduct an individual interview asking about your work experience in more detail and your reasons for applying for the position. This is as far as I got, so I don't know how the process continues.
- Tell me about your previous work experience. Are you still employed at your most recent job? If not, what led to your departure?
- What is the reason you are seeking this position?
