First, you have a phone interview. If you pass the initial screening, you'll have a second interview with the head of the department. In this second interview, they'll tell you about all the benefits, your responsibilities, and the goals you need to achieve. They'll also ask about your experience and how you can help meet those goals.

There are several filters to get the job. First, they have a video call with all applicants, explain the process, and ask about your residence, education, experience, etc. Then, you receive an Excel file via email with branches in different sectors. You need to fill in the commute time from your home to the branch of interest and send it with your CV. If you pass this, they will conduct an individual interview asking about your work experience in more detail and your reasons for applying for the position. This is as far as I got, so I don't know how the process continues.
