It's a pretty thorough process, but they make sure to keep you in the loop the whole time. First, you submit your resume. Then, there's a Hirevue video. After that, an Excel test, which is super easy! Next, you have an in-office interview with the Direct Managers, lasting about an hour. Following that, another in-office interview with the Supervisor, about 30 minutes. Finally, they call you with the job offer. The interviews themselves aren't that tough, just a bit time-consuming. They're really focused on finding a good mutual fit, and everyone is super genuine and enthusiastic.

I applied online and was emailed a link for a video interview through Hirevue. This process, in my opinion, is horrible for finding a candidate. It feels like you’re jumping through hoops. The company seems pretentious and likes to make everything harder than needed. There is something valuable to me about meeting candidates in person. This interview process seemed very impersonable. A factory churning through mass amounts of candidates. The recruiter has a video before and at the end of the interview and she talks to you like you’re a child and you just received a gold star. “See? That wasn’t so bad was it?!” I am overly qualified for the position and it would have been a pay cut. I think that is the reason I didn’t get offered the position. They couldn’t match my salary. I applied to have more time to spend with family and no commute. All in all, if you are applying just know you will have a video interview (2 questions) and skills assessment (6 questions). It took an 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Applied online and a recruiter reached out for a quick phone chat pretty quickly. After that, I was told I'd get a video interview to do. I did the video interview at home, which felt a bit less comfortable than a regular interview, and it took about 25 minutes. About a week later, I got a generic email saying I didn't make it to the next stage. I asked the recruiter for some feedback on how I could improve or for more details, but they didn't respond to my two requests, and I heard nothing else. Even though I didn't get an offer, I thought their process for moving me out of consideration was bad.
