Manual Tester
I interviewed in June 2015 via a referral, and there were 3 rounds. First was a written test, then a face-to-face interview, and finally, an interview with the Recruiting Manager. During the F2F, they questioned my interest in manual testing despite my profile being selected for it, asking if I knew automation. The last round focused on my graduation subjects, with all questions drawn from them. It seemed like the recruiter was unsure if they were hiring an experienced tester or a fresher.
- Written round: SQL, Testing Concepts, Puzzles, UNIX.
- Face-to-face round: testing concepts, puzzle, SQL.
