Tive quatro entrevistas no total. Foram todas bem tranquilas, onde me senti à vontade para compartilhar minha trajetória profissional, destacando meus principais trabalhos e como eles se relacionavam com a vaga. Após a entrevista com o gerente da área, a recrutadora entrou em contato, dizendo que gostaram do meu perfil e que eu falaria com a gerente de RH. Essa conversa também foi tranquila e me pediram para aguardar. Esperei uma semana e entrei em contato com a recrutadora. Disseram que eu ainda estava no processo e a resposta sairia no dia seguinte, após uma reunião com a diretoria. Já se passaram uns 6 meses, rs. Claro que entendi que não fui o escolhido, mas faltou no mínimo respeito e empatia. Um simples contato com feedback seria o mínimo esperado, já que me dediquei e perdi meu tempo. Acredito que foi melhor assim. Esse comportamento vai contra meus valores e não me sentiria bem trabalhando sabendo que o tratamento e respeito são deixados de lado nesse momento. Quem está desempregado sofre muito com esse silêncio. Aprendam!!

I had 3 interview stages, first with recruitment, then with HR, and then with the head of HR. They conducted pre-occupational and socio-environmental assessments. The interview is extremely demanding; they are looking for graduating technicians (in electromechanics, electronics, etc.). The position is for 12-hour shifts, with two rotations from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, working a 3x3 schedule. Every 3 months, the shift (morning or night) changes.
