First, I had a team meeting with the recruiter, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager. They made me feel welcome and asked me technical and competency questions related to the job. I also got a tour and met some of the people I'd be working with on a short-term assignment.

I was flown in and interviewed with the senior leadership team. Then, the follow up was horrible, taking 5 weeks for feedback. They said they didn't have open roles and pushed me to another office, which also blew me off. This company won't attract top talent with this poor behavior. If onboarding is this rough, I can imagine working there is worse.

I sent in my info and CV for the project management graduate scheme. Then I had to do a psychometric assessment. After I did it, they 'rated' me on personality stuff and said I wasn't good enough for the job, which felt pretty bad. But the process itself was easy.
