We had this initial call that didn't really serve any purpose, then the actual interview was a chat with the project team. During this, one of the staff members was openly discriminatory. They asked some pretty easy questions about work ethic and education, with no expectation of prior experience. We also talked about the benefits, which apparently include a gas card and a truck. The interview was more of a casual discussion about vague responsibilities than a formal Q&A.
