I had one 30 minute phone call and they said they would get back to me in two weeks. Still not a word from them and it has been over a month. I am assuming the position was filled but as a recruiter myself I know how important it is to give feedback and let people know where they stand in process.

The interview felt like a chat. The recruiter first gave me more info about the company and the job. They asked about my experience and my usual work routine. The recruiter was direct about the salary, but it turned out to be too low for me to accept. It would have been a good opportunity for someone just starting out!

The interview process started with a phone interview with the Manager of Recruiting, which I felt went well. About two weeks later, I got an email inviting me to the office to meet the team. Almost immediately after, I got another email asking for my availability for a phone interview with another member of the recruiting team. The invitation to visit the office was not acknowledged. After that second phone interview, there was radio silence from the Recruiter for three weeks. I sent three follow-up emails during that time, and only after the third one did I get a response, saying an update would be provided soon. My advice to the recruitment team: be more upfront with candidates and keep them in the loop about their status. It's not okay for a candidate to have to email three times and hear nothing for three weeks. As a Recruiter myself, I was really disappointed with the candidate experience from this firm. It felt very unprofessional and the recruiting process seemed disorganized. I pulled out of the running before finding out if I'd move to the next stage. This is not a recruiting team I'd want to join.
