The communication was decent, but the vibe was very typical CPA firm – conservative and uninspiring. I was hoping for a more modern and progressive workplace, which this clearly wasn't. I kind of lost interest in the role as I went through the interview stages.

The process was standard - starting with a chat with Talent Acquisition, followed by meetings with the team lead, a principal engineer, and some other team members. I liked that it wasn't an overly long or tough process. Everyone I talked to was happy to answer more questions and make sure I got the info I needed.

The interview process was very smooth and the recruiters were super professional. I've completed 3 rounds so far and have another one scheduled for next week. The first round was a phone call with the recruiter. The second round was a video call with a manager and a Sr. Associate. The third round was a video call with the group manager.
