The interview process involved a survival game where you're given a list of items and have to present which ones you'd pick for survival. This was followed by a case study with a group, where you present to a panel of about 6 people. The last part was a group interview, which was pretty straightforward.

The interview process included two behavioral interviews that happened back-to-back. They wanted to know why I was interested in consulting and specifically in Baker Tilly. Since I'm a Data Science major, they also asked about instances where I've used data to address problems. A significant focus was placed on assessing how well I would fit with the firm's culture.

The interview process was pretty good, felt reasonable and pleasant. They asked thoughtful questions and we had a good discussion. I met several people from different levels there. We talked about the current job and my potential career path. They answered all my questions honestly. They didn't try to oversell or sugarcoat anything, which I appreciated.
