This was followed by a case study with a group, where you present to a panel of about 6 people. The last part was a group interview, which was pretty straightforward.

The interview process was pretty good, felt reasonable and pleasant. They asked thoughtful questions and we had a good discussion. I met several people from different levels there. We talked about the current job and my potential career path. They answered all my questions honestly. They didn't try to oversell or sugarcoat anything, which I appreciated.
