First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Baker Tilly.
Intern
First, there was a brief introduction of the interviewers and their respective activities at the location. Then, the focus was on getting to know each other, especially personal fit and my motivation for the internship. There were no technical questions, it was purely an informative, personal conversation in a very pleasant atmosphere with open and friendly interviewers.
- Why an internship in auditing?
Coop Student
I had a pre-screening call, then a virtual interview over zoom or microsoft teams. After that, they did a reference check where I gave them 3 professional references, and they called them. Then I got the offer. It was a quick process, maybe 2 weeks total.
- What made you decide to join Baker Tilly?
Intern
It was a very chill, fun, and insightful interview. The interviewer was friendly and talked to me nicely. They also answered my questions fully. I learned a lot from my first-ever interview. It was a new world to me as I met so many people with different personalities and values. Respect to all of them.
