They reached out to me after I applied online, and it took about a week for them to respond. The interview process included talking to an HR screener and then meeting in person at the office.

The process was quite thorough and everyone was very friendly. They really wanted to make sure it was the right fit. They brought up compensation very early on. I met with a bunch of people, starting with a recruiter and ending with the hiring manager. The benefits are great and they told me about them early too. Meeting many people was terrific. They genuinely cared about finding the right person for the right role.

I had a phone interview, which I think went okay. About 20 minutes later, they left a voicemail saying they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. I called back about 45 minutes after listening to the voicemail and left a message. I never heard back. I tried following up the next morning with another voicemail, and again, no response, no call, no email. It's frustrating when they tell you they want you to come in and then don't return calls or update you on the position search. It felt very unprofessional.
