There are 3 stages in the interview process. Stage 1 involves answering a psychology test. Stage 2 is a group presentation where we watch a video about BT and answer questions based on it. Afterwards, we're asked to draw an animal and the group presents on it, focusing on teamwork. Stage 3 is a group interview, a casual chat where you introduce yourself.
