The interview process was smooth and the HR person was nice, although I had to wait for almost an hour. They required answers in multiple languages, including English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Overall, it wasn't bad.

There are 3 stages in the interview process. Stage 1 involves answering a psychology test. Stage 2 is a group presentation where we watch a video about BT and answer questions based on it.
