The interview process involved four stages. It kicked off with a phone call from HR, covering my past work experience and asking about salary expectations. It was a friendly chat. Next, I had to complete an online business case study and presentation focused on due diligence. The content and format were up to me, and it was pretty straightforward. Following that, I interviewed with the Director for a competency-based assessment. The interaction was professional and engaging. Finally, I had a similar interview with the Head of Department.
