Intern
You apply for the summer internship via LinkedIn, and then they confirm by email. The first stage involved psychometric tests. After that, I had two interviews. The first was with HR, where they just wanted to know more about my profile, my strengths, and how I could add value to the company. Then the second interview was with the potential bosses, where they also asked about certain skills. The whole process was very pleasant, and even though I didn't get the position, everyone was very friendly.
- Why are you interested in working at Baker and how does your profile align with the company?
Intern
The interview process involved a Group Exercise where we had to read a lot of information and discuss which hotel should be removed. After that, there was a Case Study Interview with a Partner, which involved reading a short and easy case study, presenting it, and answering questions. Then, I had a Competency Interview with 2 Associates, where I was asked STAR and motivational questions. Lastly, there was a Document Review Exercise.
- What makes you want a career in commercial law?
