The process was pretty formal, I first applied for an interview through my school's on-campus interview (OCI) program about one to two weeks prior. Then, we were told if we got selected for the OCI and could pick a time that worked. The interview itself was about 30 minutes, and then a few days later, people started getting calls back.

Applied two days after the posting and got an interview two days later. The interview was with two principals, lasted 1.5 hours, and was very thorough and detailed. Spoke with a colleague in the same team the day after. Got the offer the next day. The whole thing took 4 days. Got 3 working days to consider the offer, during which the principal and HR called to talk more about the role and package. Lawyers and HR were helpful and genuine. Overall, a very positive experience.
