First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Baker Concrete Construction.
Internship
The interview process for the internship is pretty standard. They asked me a lot of questions about my past experiences and what I hope to achieve in the future. A lot of emphasis was placed on my future goals and what drives me.
- What drives your motivation?
Intern
I first met Baker at a career fair and then they called me for a formal interview. They wanted to know about my experience and what I want to do in the future to see if I would be a good fit for Baker.
- Would you be willing to relocate to different parts of the country for a project?
Internship
The interview was about an hour long and felt pretty informal. I wore a polo and jeans. We met at 8 am, and there were two people there who were very welcoming. They asked a bunch of questions and then let me ask them some questions too.
- Who do you most look up to, and what would that person say is your biggest weakness?
- Who is the person you admire the most, and what would they identify as your greatest weakness?
