Candidate-reported interview process

It was a casual, quick, informal interview in the back of the Baked by Melissa store. It was a one-on-one interview, not a group one, and it lasted under 30 minutes. I was hired right away.

The interview process included behavioral questions designed to assess your ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, social, and demanding setting. The manager wanted to evaluate your skills and your fit for the role.

It was a group interview with about 10 of us in a room. The interviewer asked everyone the same question around the table. It was pretty enjoyable, and we got free cupcakes on our way out.
