The interview process is straightforward - you go into their corporate office, and they'll conduct an interview, and in my case - they got back to me fairly quickly. I knew I was selected in under 14 days.
I met with a few managers. There were long waits between meetings. The office space was loud and open. The staff was friendly, but I felt out of place right away. The vibe seemed really low energy.
I had an initial screening with HR, then talked to the Chief Strategy Officer, and finally the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing & E-commerce. It was all over Zoom. After 3 rounds, they just ghosted me. They scheduled one interview with only a day's notice, even though I gave them other times I was free. I ended up taking it at the airport, which I'd warned them about, but they didn't seem to mind. They were all nice people, though the Sr. Director was a bit of a stiff. It's probably for the best I didn't get an offer, but it was super rude to not say anything after all those interviews and emails.
