Candidate-reported interview process

There was a technical interview focused on the skills needed for the role, and then an HR round which was mainly a formality. It was a good experience overall at BAJAJ Akurdi R&D Center. The hiring manager was quite nice.

After applying online, you'll have a technical interview and then an HR interview. Most of the time, candidates fly to Pune for the in-person interview, which the company reimburses. They also provide accommodation in a hostel, and the whole process wraps up pretty quickly in about 2 days.

There was one technical round and then a directorial round. The process itself was easy, but HR was slow to respond, and it typically took about 2 months to get an offer.
