Candidate-reported interview process

The interview had two rounds: one technical and one HR. The technical round covered basic mechanical engineering subjects like fluid mechanics, strength of materials, and theory of machines. The HR interview assessed general knowledge, aptitude, and current affairs, along with standard questions like 'Why should we hire you?'.

It was an on campus drive so they started with a technical round which was an objective computer based test in which they were recording the audio and video of each candidate. This was followed by a psychometric round and then a personal interview.

First they will conduct a test which contains basic aptitude and technical knowledge. After that, two rounds of interview. The first round is technical, covering internships and projects. The second round is HR. Good luck with Bajaj!
