We had a technical interview. They asked me to talk about myself and go through my CV, focusing on my projects. Then they asked why I wanted to join Bajaj, what areas I'm interested in, and what my favorite subject is. There were also questions about IC engines, my skills, and vehicle design. Finally, they asked if I had any questions for them.
First, they shortlisted based on my resume. Then, there were three rounds: a technical and aptitude test, a technical interview, and finally an HR interview. The questions were moderately difficult, covering topics like strength of materials.
The interview process included three stages: an online test, a technical interview, and an HR round. The online test consisted of two parts: a technical section and an aptitude section. The technical interview focused primarily on my projects. The HR round was to assess my interest in R&D.
