Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty good. The process had two parts: a written test, and then an interview if you cleared the cutoff. The test had two parts: problem solving skills and knowledge of mechanical engineering subjects.

The interview process involved a technical round followed by an HR round. The interviewer was very humble and polite, making me feel comfortable and without pressure. Candidates were divided into groups, and there were two panel members.

Got a call from the company. They found my number through my college. Two days later, I had the next part of the interview process.
