Candidate-reported interview process
first resume filter, then a phone interview, and finally an onsite interview. you'll have a team leader to guide you. the interview will involve questions and a coding exercise on paper that should take about 15 minutes to complete.
This was a quick interview process. I had 3 engineers ask me coding and system design questions to gauge my problem-solving and algorithm skills relevant to daily engineering tasks. Finally, I spoke with the hiring manager about the specific details of the role.
Applied with my resume, then got filtered by a writing test and an HR review. The next day, I had technical questions, and then another day with technical questions, followed by a third day with more technical questions. After that, I went home and waited for a phone call.
