Candidate-reported interview process

First, we had an icebreaker, then a leaderless group discussion. The topic was whether we should build carrier apps into our phones. There were 14 participants in total, and we had 30 minutes for the discussion, followed by a Q&A.

The interview process started with a case study of a current app. After that, there were 3 rounds of product sense/behavioral interviews. This was followed by an HR interview and then an offer discussion. No recruiter calls, and the recruiter just helped schedule calls without providing any interview details.

It was a three-round phone interview process, starting with an HR interview, then a director interview, and finally a director plus team director interview. Since it was campus hiring, the interviews were mostly based on my resume. They didn't ask a lot about my intern experience but were more interested in my opinions on products I've used and market competitors.
