The interview process was a single session, and it was a really positive experience. The team lead was clearly knowledgeable, and all the colleagues were approachable and supportive. The company culture isn't overly competitive, which is typical for a firm that's growing. I found it quite appealing. After a quick chat and once things were arranged, the team lead's main goal was to confirm my awareness of current operations and my capability to handle the job.

First, there's an HR call. After that, you'll have an onsite call with your direct manager, who is actually the only person who decides if you get the job or not.

We're all about our dev team and making our software better. We're always working on improving and expanding our software and processes because our sales rely on us having great software.
