Candidate-reported interview process

I had a recruiter call for a Product Management role in Utah, but after the initial conversation I never heard back, not even a rejection, and it’s been about four months now. The whole process felt a bit disorganized. With the recent ownership change, it seemed like things were already getting rocky during interviews, and there was mention of a lot of turnover on the software side. Candidate experience definitely needs improvement.

The interview process was great and thorough. They answered all my questions, were transparent, and had a friendly, welcoming vibe. They were very open and honest about goals and where I would be a good fit in the company.

It was just one zoom call with the hiring manager. It was the most uncomfortable interview I have ever been in. The hiring manager was condescending and belittled me for my lack of experience, which was obvious from my resume and the reason I was applying for an entry-level job. I would not want anyone to go through this experience during their job hunt.
