Candidate-reported interview process

It was one round where we discussed an architectural style question in a very collaborative way. I can't recall the specific behavioral questions, but the interviewers were really nice. I'd definitely recommend interning here; it was a great experience.

So first there was a recruiter chat to get a feel for things and make sure we were on the same page about what the job entails and what the next interviews would be like. That recruiter was super helpful. Then I talked to the hiring manager, and we went over some behavioral stuff and discussed past technical projects. After that, I had a coding challenge with another engineer.

The recruiter knew a lot about the company culture, but not much about the specific role. Even though I had a lot of technical skills, my lack of experience in this industry wasn't viewed favorably.
