Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring manager interview was followed by a case interview and then a final loop of 5 rounds. The whole process felt long and repetitive. Some interviewers in the final loop asked redundant questions, like the standard 'Tell me about a time' questions. The case interview was more about pulling strategies from your past experiences. I wouldn't advise sharing too much in the case round. It seemed like the panel was more interested in getting ideas from your past experience than actually evaluating your fit.

Super long and inefficient. Started with a 30 min hr screen, then a 45 min hiring manager interview, followed by a case study that took a few hours. This took 4 weeks and I didn't move forward. They might have used the case study to get ideas.

Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, which went well. She was nice and asked good questions. She was upfront about potential hiring manager feedback on my experience, so I wasn't surprised by the rejection. I valued her honesty and got quick feedback post-interview.
