Babbel Ux Designer interviews, decoded.

The whole interview process included 5 steps: First, a hiring interview. Second, a manager interview. Third, a case study and presentation for designers and the manager. Fourth, a team fit interview. Lastly, a director interview.

So, the interview had four steps. First, there was an HR interview where we talked about general stuff regarding your experience as a researcher. Then, a design interview focused on specific topics like how you work, your organization, priorities, and challenges. After that, a showcase presentation where you present a case with a member of the research team and one product manager. Lastly, a meet the research team session, basically to see if you'd fit in with the team.

It was a 3-step process. First, I talked to HR about my background and mindset. Then, I had an interview with the UX research lead where they asked more technical questions. Finally, I had to do a small UX research project and then discuss it.
