Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewers were really competent, friendly, and kind. They wanted to make sure I clearly understood each of my technical expertise and had complete domain knowledge. They also wanted to see if I could bring something a little different to the table.

The regular process was that they were expecting other skills not mentioned in the job offer. I had only two interviews, a screen call, and then with the manager, we realized I wasn't a fit. I felt like I was losing my time with the interview.

After struggling to reschedule the initial HR call three times, I finally had a call and then got a take-home project. I finished the assignment, but they gave me feedback that wasn't relevant. It felt like a waste of my time.
