Candidate-reported interview process

After I sent in my CV, I had an interview with the HR team. They got back to me super fast via email, which was a nice surprise.

So first up, you'll have a quick 30-minute chat with a recruiter. After that, there's a 45-minute technical interview. The last part is you presenting your own project to three people, with 25 minutes for the actual presentation and then another 30 minutes for them to ask you questions.

My first interview with this company was a really positive one. The recruiter was super friendly and made me feel right at home. I liked that they seemed genuinely curious about me and my career aspirations. It felt like a thorough interview but not scary, and I left feeling pretty good about possibly joining them. Even though it felt good, I didn't move on to the next step.
