The process on the talent acquisition side was good, and so was the experience with other EMs and the team. However, my experience with PMs was very negative; they were defensive and annoyed throughout the interview, messaging each other and not paying attention to our conversation.

The interview process was really smooth and they were super flexible and quick with updates. The TA team was very supportive and answered all my questions, even giving me pointers on what to expect. All the interviewers were great at making the interviews feel like conversations, keeping me at ease while asking really relevant questions. I was so impressed I accepted the offer!

I had a Skype call with HR where we talked about the process, got a quick company overview, and they checked my general fit. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager that focused on soft skills questions. After that, the company decided not to move forward, sending a standard rejection email. I tried to get more specific reasons to learn from the experience, but the company didn't respond.
