The Baanyan interview process is pretty structured and professional. It kicks off with a recruiter chat. Then, you'll dive into one or two technical interviews that really dig into coding basics, React/JavaScript stuff, and how you solve problems. They asked me about my past project experience, specifically focusing on the tech stack and frameworks I used. Then they dug into the details of those projects. It was about a 15-minute conversation, and unfortunately, I wasn't prepared enough and didn't advance.

First, I had to take a Java test online. It was on a website and had a 3-minute limit for each question, with 40 questions total. After that, I had an interview with the recruiter and the manager. They asked some basic interview questions.
