Candidate-reported interview process

First, I got contacted by an AI on WhatsApp, which was quick. Then the interview was scheduled a few days later. I had an interview with HR, they liked my profile and moved me to the next stage: an interview with two managers from the area, which was very dynamic. After two weeks, HR called me saying the position was frozen. But they mentioned another opening that fit my profile and asked if I was interested. I said yes and interviewed directly with the area manager. A week later, they emailed me asking for a practical test, which involved creating a report based on provided data. I did the test and submitted it on time, but after that, I heard nothing back.

It was chill. Chats. Relaxed vibe. Friendly. Met with the manager. Individual interviews. More than one person. Interview was a bit long. Great people. Met with 6 people. HR and my future manager from the area.

I had two rounds of interviews: one with HR and another with the hiring manager. There were supposed to be more rounds with other managers, but I didn't proceed further. The HR round covered details about the position and compensation, and the manager discussed the day-to-day activities.
