Candidate-reported interview process

It was a quick interview, very direct. They asked about my college major and my future goals. Then, they provided information about the team and the department. They explained the difference between hourly and overtime pay, and also discussed vacation pay. We also talked about the holiday schedule and general expectations.

I had three interviews all on the same day. If it wasn't like that, I don't think I would have gotten the job. First, I talked to the recruiter, then the manager, and finally the Director of Sales. That last interview was pretty intimidating. They asked a lot of questions.

After a quick phone chat, they set up a time for an interview.
