The hiring process was straightforward. After submitting my application, I was contacted within a few days. The recruiters were polite, and the managers were mindful of my needs throughout the hiring process.
I got referred by a friend and talked to a recruiter the same week. They asked about my skills and what I'm looking for in a job and set up my interview with two hiring managers since there were TWO roles open. The interview day came, but just a few hours before, they rescheduled for the next week. The interview itself went fine. I met with two different managers. A week after that, I had a zoom interview with a manager for the 2nd open role. That went well too. Then, no word for a week. I emailed them and the recruiter replied the next day saying they weren't offering me a job. No details, no reason given.
The interview involved filling out a paper application and then meeting with the customer service manager. A decision is made a few days later after checking references. It's crucial to provide references when you give them your resume. If you don't, you're less likely to get the job.
