The French director was unfriendly and impatient. The two front desk ladies were rude. It was an unpleasant interview. After the interview, the director asked me to email him some detailed drawings. I sent two files but never heard back from the company.
The interview process was quite casual overall. It started with a screening interview and then an in-person interview with the team. It took them about two months to make a decision. I found their salary range to be pretty low, and they were also not very professional when answering questions after the interviews.
So it's basically two parts. First, a recruiter calls you for like an hour. If they like you, then you meet with two partners. Then they'll send you a letter in a week or two if they want to hire you.
