They really put you under the pressure. It's kinda extra when you realize you're going to be a street salesman. It's a good experience for sales, and a great experience in memorizing scripts. Don't take this job if you don't like standing all day.
The interview process was awkward. They made it seem like it wasn't a multilevel marketing scheme, but it turned out to be one. They also made me take notes and then quizzed me on them afterward. I hadn't heard back from them, and then I got a text saying I needed to 'prove myself' to the CEO by coming in on a Saturday morning with no warning.
So, I actually told HR I wanted to withdraw my application after the first group interview 'cause I was looking at some other job offers. The first interview was a group one, with a bunch of other people applying. The CEO jumped in and was super charismatic. It wasn't long, less than 20 minutes. After that first interview, they send out this little survey, and based on that, they'll either cut you or ask you back for a second one-on-one interview.
