They really put you under the pressure. It's kinda extra when you realize you're going to be a street salesman. It's a good experience for sales, and a great experience in memorizing scripts. Don't take this job if you don't like standing all day.
The interview process was really bad. The first sign that this wouldn't be good was that the email asking me to interview didn't even include the job title. I had a 15-minute Zoom call where they were supposed to talk about the company, but they actually didn't tell me anything. It seemed like they were making up facts and figures, and the CEO was really rude, saying things like "if you don't smile, I won't interview you" and "if you can't do x, disqualify yourself." They sent a questionnaire during the interview that they wanted me to complete after the first stage to see if I'd move to the second round. I didn't fill it out because this isn't a place I'd want to work.
The hiring process moved quickly, and the manager I spoke with was great at explaining everything clearly. I liked how smooth and fast it was, and that they made time at the end to answer all my questions. I gathered there are three main steps to get through if you qualify for the next stage. If you're aiming for a really competitive, fast-moving job, this seems like a solid place to start.
