Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was good and driven by logic, with a focus on logic-related coding questions. Candidates will learn a lot through discussions. They offer positions quickly after selection. The HR team is very friendly and provides detailed company information. However, during economic downturns, employees are let go without proper notice.

3 rounds of interview. 1st round was a programming interview where I was asked about collection scenario based test cases and frameworks. 2nd round was a programming technical round focusing on selenium and execution. 3rd round was about project knowledge, scenario and application knowledge, and project explanation.

So, the interview process had 4 rounds total. First, there were 2 technical interviews, then 1 client interview, and finally 1 HR round. The technical interviews could be either in Java or Python.
