Aziro Interview Questions

So there were like 4 rounds of pure technical interviews. The first one was about the fundamentals. Then the second one dove into architecture decisions and some scenario-based questions. After that, we had two client rounds and one HR round.

This company's interview process was really unprofessional. They had three rounds and told me I got the job. HR told me to send my documents and that the offer would come in two days. But after sending them, HR ghosted me and my calls weren't picked up. Then, they scheduled a manager round but canceled it 5 mins before, saying the client wasn't free. This showed they didn't plan well and didn't care about my time. Even after trying to reach them many times, HR didn't give clear answers, just saying they were 'busy.' The whole thing lacked proper communication and felt unprofessional. It was a letdown and a waste of time. Hope they improve their process and how they talk to candidates.

HR reached out to me for a preliminary chat. After we talked, they liked my resume and moved me ahead to the next stage of the interview process.
