It was a pretty chill process, more about seeing if I'd fit in than a hardcore skills test. Started with an online test, then a phone chat, and finished with an in-person assessment that included an interview.
We had a group interview/assessment centre that went for about two hours. It involved giving a presentation to a potential client and also submitting questions that would apply to them.
The interview was very professional and I felt relaxed throughout. The interviewer was polite and asked great questions. I had plenty of time to ask my own questions, and I was offered a second, in-person interview.
