Candidate-reported interview process

After some assessments and a brief phone call, there was an in-person interview. It was about an hour long and included various questions about audit, the company, yourself, and others, where you needed to talk about past experiences.

So first I did some online assessments, then had a quick phone call pre-screen which went really smoothly and they just put me straight through to the final stage, which was an in person interview with two people from the audit team.

I had two interviews both similar, with two members of staff each time (one partner in each). Both felt laid back and a comfortable environment to be in. Everyone seemed positive and keen for everyone to succeed which helped the flow of conversation.
