The whole thing took a couple weeks. First an HR interview, then another with the manager and a panel member who was shadowing. They asked basic background questions and then tested me on their website, both verbally and written. They mentioned I might not get the job because I lacked experience in one area, but still refused to give me a chance to learn even though they said they'd train me for 3 weeks. After waiting weeks, I followed up and they told me I wasn't good enough due to lack of experience, even though I have 10+ years of experience.
You’ll have two interviews. First is a phone call, then a zoom meeting with either the supervisor or operations manager or both. The zoom interview is about an hour. They want to make sure you really know the company and what they do.
There will be two rounds of interviews. The first one is with someone from People Operations, and the second is with the supervisor or operations manager. You should be ready for many scenario-based questions and to talk about what the company does and stands for. The second interview will include a scenario test that uses information from the FAQ section on our website.
